NEW MEMBERS TOUR TO HALIBURTON COUNTY SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2023

This tour is for new member who have joined after January 1, 2022. Tour through this scenic area led by Rick Vender, the club’s Marketing Director with Joel Daiter, the club’s President providing sweep duty.
We drive northeast along Monck Road and onto Hwy. 35 into Minden for our break, then onto Haliburton to a restaurant on various secondary roads. After lunch, we drive along twisty Harburn Road to Fort Irwin and then turn west to drive along the sweeping turns and scenic road of Hwy. 118. Along the way, we will drive twisty Kushog Lake Road and then eventually into Cooper Falls Road on the way back to Orillia. We will stop for ice cream at Kawartha Dairy in Orillia where the tour ends at around 4:00-4:30.
Be at the starting point at 9:30 am with a full gas tank and empty bladder. There is a Shell gas station next door.

The Trillium MX5/Miata Club highly recommend that register members on tours to have a GPS or the Scenic App and CB Radio although it is not mandatory
