Guest Speaker: Bernie Pitts

Select Auto Appraisal, an automotive firm run by Bernie Pitts has been providing appraisal services for almost 20 years. Bernie is a sports car enthusiast with a soft spot for Japanese and European cars, including the one that is “always the answer”.

His most recent Miata is a supercharged NB1 in photo below, with Xida’s and lots of go-fast goodies he installed himself for Autocross racing. Bernie understands the special connection that owners have with their Miatas.

Bernie is licensed by the MTO to perform appraisals when purchasing a used Miata to save on assessed taxes. He also performs detailed valuation appraisals for insurance or other estate issues, pre-purchase inspections, or any other related service.

Bernie will be open to answering any questions you may have about current market conditions, valuations, insurance, or maintenance/modification related-issues.
